Hexcon Game Convention

Hexcon is a game convention held annually in Trondheim.  2011's convention is held from the 4th to the 6th of November and is organized by the game club Hexagon.

Hexcon 2011 covers board games, roleplaying games and miniature wargames. Playing in English is usually no problem, so even if you don't speak Norwegian that's no reason not to show up.

Age limit

You have to be 13 or older to attend Hexcon.

Registration

Registration opens at 11.September and closes at 28.October.

You register by paying the participation fee to bank account 05302828069. The fee is:

• 150 NOK if you are a member of the gaming club Hexagon
• 200 NOK if you're not (but then membership in the club is included for the rest of the year)
• ...and 160 in addition if you want to attend the banquet on Saturday. (Recommended! It's a good meal and a social event)

In addition, you can register for games by filling out the registration form (you need to be logged in to do so).

It's also possible to pay when you arrive, without pre-registration. If you do, the fee is 50 NOK higher.
